A: hazy orange color with some amber notes towards the center. Nice 1 finger solid white head
S: pear, green apple, lemongrass, clove, pineapple, and grapefruit. Some dry biscuit as well
T: pear, lemongrass, and some sweet citrus upfront. Grapefruit and strawberry behind that. A touch of earthy bitterness at the end
M: medium fluffy mouthfeel with lower carbonation
O: decent beer here. Good qualities, but would like to see a bit more of the Belgian qualities in here. Either way it’s a nice drinker

On draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, pretty golden tangerine color with a half finger of fluffy, bright-white head and a thin, creamy coating of lacing inside the glass. It's a very attractive pour. It has a decidedly Belgian aroma of banana, coriander, clove, Belgian yeast, and a whiff of tobacco smoke. It tastes great with lots of fruit up front - lemon, banana, and pear, along with coriander and Belgian yeast esters. It's slightly sour and followed by moderately bitter Ella and Southern Cross hops and a hint of pepper. This ale has a rich, thick mouth feel with pleasant carbonation, and its 7.9% ABV gives it lots of substance. Overall, Utah! Gimme 2! is nicely done. It drinks like a DIPA but with all the flavors you'd expect in a Belgian Ale. Twin Elephant likes to brew Belgians and it shows in this offering. It's well-crafted and fun to drink.
