On draught at the brewery. It pours a cloudy, dirty gold color with a half finger of creamy, milk-white head and thin but long-lasting lacing. A fairly subdued nose with lemon peel, wheat, a whiff of sweet fruit, and lite, floral hops. Initially, I was a little disappointed with the taste but as the glass warmed the flavors really came alive. It opens with a touch of sweet berry on the tip of the tongue but the taste is dominated by wheat cracker and pisner malt. There is also a touch of tart lemon. The hop bill of Galaxy, Cascade, and Jarrylo is tasty and moderately bitter. It finishes with a bit of spice. The flavors blend nicely. The feel is lite and crisp with lively carbonation, and with an ABV of 5.4% it's made for drinking. Overall, this APA really grew on me as I drank it. I'm surprised that it wasn't released a few weeks ago during the height of the summer since it's an ideal hot weather beer.

A: slightly hazy yellow and pale orange color with a 1 finger solid bright white head
S: pineapple and apricot upfront. Creamsicle and orange zest behind that. Mango and some sweet malt. A touch of biscuit malt as well
T: sharp pineapple and creamsicle. Orange zest and lemongrass behind that. A slightly floral note with some grassy hops as well. Just the faintest touch of malt sweetness at the end
M: medium mouthfeel with strong carbonation
O: a solid APA. Refreshing, yet not lacking on flavor
