A: light brown/ruby red color with a little bit of brightness to it. Nice, 1 finger solid off-white head
S: roasted malts, fig, raisin, hazelnut, sweet caramel and molasses
T: huge sweet malts and hazelnut upfront. Sweet fig, cinnamon, and a nice earthy hop presence (not bitter at all). Sweet syrup, and praline pecans behind that. A touch of generic sweet berries as well. Finish is dominated by sweet malt
M: medium mouthfeel with a big sticky syrup sweetness. Medium carbonation
O: not a bad beer here. Definitely a fall seasonal, and on the sweeter side for sure.

Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It's fairly hazy and the color is something between amber and cola. It sports a thick, creamy, light khaki head and lacing. The nose features roasted malt, caramel, maple, and whiffs of brown sugar and cinnamon. Its interesting flavor opens with a heavy dose of maple syrup and cinnamon over a solid malt base. There follows caramel, pecans, and a hint of peat and it finishes with a touch of hoppy bitterness and pepper. It has a light, crisp mouth feel with lively carbonation, and it is easy to drink with a moderate 6% ABV. Overall, Autumn Diver is a nice take on a Harvest Ale. A tad too sweet for multiple pours it's nonetheless a nice treat on a cool, late October afternoon.
