Swirl, sip, enjoy, repeat. We're takin' you on a road rockin' trip down to Flavortown, where the gravitational force of 100% El Dorado hops warps the laws of time and space. All roads lead to Dorado and we got candy velvet layers of tutti fruitti on this trip. Notes of angel fire peaches, white nectarine, honey water and tropical starburst.

Pint on draught at the brewery. It pours a totally turbid, dirty golden color with a half finger of creamy, milk-white head and spotty lacing inside the glass. The smell is rather subdued, perhaps because of the temperature at which it's served; there is light lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, , sweet malt, candied fruit, and light pine notes. The taste opens with tart lemon and grapefruit followed by peach, bubblegum, candied fruit, and wheat cracker. This ale is single-hopped with El Dorado which adds bitterness without a strong hop bite. It's clean without any pepper or yeast burn at the finish. It has a nice balance of flavors and tartness and bitterness. The mouth feel is plush and creamy with exceptionally lively carbonation, and the 7.3% ABV is deceptive. Overall, this is a solid American IPA. While I'm generally not a big fan of bubblegum and candied fruit taste in beer, it works in this variant of Nosh. While I prefer some of Twin Elephant's other IPAs, Nosh El Dorado is a fine offering.
