A: matte pale orange and yellow color, with a hint of amber. Super hazy. 1 finger fizzy white head that leaves a nice lacing

S: sweet melon, guava, and passionfruit upfront. Pineapple, sweet clementines, and orange juice follow. Tangerine and apricots behind that. Very tropical in the aroma

T: tangerine and apricot dominate the front of the tongue. Sweet pineapple and orange juice behind that. Tangy white grape and an earthy herbal hop kick behind that. A touch of sweet strawberries and an herbal spice close it out with a hint of doughy malt

M: super fluffy, medium mouthfeel with no real carbonation to speak of

O: quite a good NEIPA. Very fluffy, and a nice hop combo that harmonizes well. Not too sweet, with a nice mellow earthy presence

Pint on draught at the brewery. It's an attractive pour: an opaque, dirty golden color with almost a finger of foamy, bright white head that dissipated slowly leaving a thin sheen of spotty lacing. The fragrant nose features lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, onion, pine, and light floral hops. The taste opens with tart citrus: lemon, lime, and grapefruit, along with a hint of vanilla/lactose and biscuit. It's also fairly dank. The plush and flavorful Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops are bitter and biting and the pour finishes dry and decidedly bitter. The flavors are straight forward but the blend very nicely and the overall taste is really good. This ale is pleasantly effervescent and easy to drink at 6.2% ABV. A second pour is welcome. Overall, More Berserker is well-crafted, flavorful, and easy to drink. It's a solid American IPA.
