You know what time it is, wte zig-zag and zig 'em again. So spark the charm giver as the hoppy heavens of New England IPA and West Coast hop bitterness collide to put some dip in your hip. The hustle behind the muscle is three types of oats, raw wheat and a jetpack strapped with Citra, CTZ, Southern Cross and Chinook straight blowin' that endo up in it! Notes of mango, hard candy, white grapefruit, fir tips, pineapple, with herbal notes.

4/13/19....thick golden white foam congregating along the side. Soapy lemon nose. Lemon twist flvors. Vanilla and a butter malt below. Tart bitter closes. Quite smooth and balanced.

On draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, turbid, golden yellow with brown hues, with a frothy, milk-white head and creamy sheen of lacing. The smell features lemon peel, onion, grapefruit, and lite floral hops. This is tasty! Oats, vanilla, lemon, grapefruit, and subtle melon. The hop bill of Citra, CTZ (whatever that is), Southern Cross , and Chinook is flavorful but not very bitter. It has a plush taste with just a bit of pepper at the finish. The mouth feel is thick, viscous, and creamy with low carbonation. The 7.2% ABV gives it lots of substance. Overall, this IPA has a sophisticated blend of flavors and a lot of different hops in the bill. It's another winner from Twin Elephant.
