A: slightly turbos vibrant straw yellow color with a hint of light orange towards the bottom of the glass. Thin bright white head
S: fresh pears, green apples, wheat, hay, lemongrass, lemons, orange zest, a touch of funk and a big grassy note. More sweet lemon and grassy grains. Big pear and apple note to close our with some white grapes
T: sweet herbal grains and lemongrass upfront. Green apple and grass behind that. Pears and pizza dough behind that. A slightly floral note is in here too which adds a nice depth. More sweet grains and a touch of wheat with mild sweet citrus to finish
M: light mouthfeel with moderate carbonation
O: excellent summer drinker. It’s a Blonde with a citrus hoppy kiss. Easy to drink, but not light in flavor
