We choose brews. Get lost in the call of our American Pale Ales. Munch up some MM . . . SESSION SUDS. A foaming tropical grenade with the pin half pulled out. And in the hoppy rubble tumbles rumbled crumbles of humbled golden syrup. Sip stiffly into the residual haze and be surrounded by the sound of smoothness and flow. Notes of sweet crackers, mango, lime, lemon thyme.

Pint on draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, pastel yellow with a thin, soapy cap and minimal lacing. It has a strong and pleasing smell of lemon, grapefruit, onion, and resinous pine. The taste is dry and bitter with lots of grapefruit rind, lemon, pine, lime, and notes of crackery malt. It's intensely bitter and astringent with noticeable peppercorn at the finish. The mouth feel is super lite and crisp with a significant level of carbonation. And it's absolutely crushable at 4.9% ABV. A second pour is no problem. Overall, Holorime drinks big for 4.9% with lots of flavor. If you feel like stopping in for a couple of pours, particularly on a mild, early Spring day, this ale is made to order.
