a: murky burn orange color with some dark yellow and copper notes. pours a large, 3 finger off-white solid head. looks like a coin could rest on this
s: peach cobbler, peach juice, and a huge blueberry note. mango sorbet, creamsicle, and a hint of vanilla. dry crackers, strawberry kiwi, and some passionfruit. great aroma
t: follows the nose. peach cobbler and blueberries upfront. mango sorbet and crackers behind that. creamsicle ice cream and passionfruit tickle the tongue. a touch of earthiness as well. finish is more peach juice and crackers
m: fluffy, medium mouthfeel with low-medium carbonation
o: really nice beer. simcoe and strata hops work very well together. the peach and blueberry combo is delicious
