True Believer pours a hazy orangeish color with a huge, long-lasting, frothy head. The aroma is earthy. The flavor is earthier, with hints of orange and a bit more on the bitter side. Good feel. Overall, flavorful and earthy.

Pours a very hazed gold with a pinky of beige colored head. Decent head retention & lacing
S: Some citrus & grassyness, some pineapple once warm
T: Follows the nose, a little peppery hop & lemongrass, white grapes & almost like millet grainy flavor. Tangerines, limes, a little pineapple mix in with a little cream of wheat flavor as this beer warms up. Finishes with some tangerine & pineapple
MF: Medium body dialed back carbonation, pretty good balance. Carbonation perks up a little once warm, plus some acidity. This really didn't help this beer, carbonation seems stunted & the body is thin
Some times beers just land with a thud, sadly this is the case for me with this one. Still happy to have tried it

Pours pale orange, opaque, little head. No real nose. Taste is sharp, over carbonated, even though it looks/pours flat. The bitterness really takes over. First sup gets a good hit of citrus, but the bitterness builds and overwhelms the taste.

Look: It pours hazy yellow-orange with a white pillow like head. It has excellent head retention.
Smell: It has strong citrus and melon flavors.
Taste: Grapefruit, honeydew, and canteloupe are the most recoginzable. The rest of the elements give it a slightly muted skittles note. It has melon flavors with resinous touches and orange. There are hints of grapefuit as well.
Feel: It has a medium full body with a mostly sweet aftertaste.
Overall: The resinious elements are a bit harsh to me, but the flavors do well for me.

A) Turbid, lacing, lasting yellow body, white head.
S) Citra, Cascade, Mosaic meld into melon, berry, slushy.
T) Follows aroma and adds some wood and flowers, dessert without too sweet, a see-saw with better bitter.
F) Dreamy, creamy, clean.
O) Excellent NJ craft.

This is the double drop hopped single IPA at 7.1% ABV. Can tells us pale dextrin and crystal malt, citra, mosaic and cascade hops, English ale yeast. Very solid and all around tasty IPA. Aroma for me is the strongest aspect, but every element is well executed. Highly drinkable. Can’t say it stands out particularly in a crowded field but I do appreciate the balance, the moderately bitter finish, and how clean this is.
