Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, bright tangerine color with more than a finger of creamy, milk-white head and very thick, soapy lacing. The fragrant smell includes lemon, lime, pineapple, tangerine, onion, and sweet floral hops. Its taste opens with soft, tart lemon, lime, and grapefruit, along with sweeter notes of pineapple, and a hint of red berry. The Cashmere and Galaxy hops combine to provide lots of fruit. There is also some floral spice and a mild, clean bitterness throughout. This ale has a superb mouth feel: plush and pillowy with mild carbonation while the 7.4% ABV gives it lots of substance without sacrificing drinkabiliity. Overall, I like this American IPA a lot. It's very well-crafted, flavorful, and easy to drink. It's one of Twin Elephant's recent best.
