Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, bright tangerine with a half finger cap of foamy, ecru-colored foam and thick lacing. The smell is fragrant with coconut, pineapple, lemon, and soft floral hops. When sipped the pineapple, lemon, and lime dominate. It's like a Pina Colada over a dry cracker base with very low bitterness. The flavor is big without coming across as gimmicky. This ale has a solid mouth feel with moderate carbonation, and the 6.5% AbV is not an obstacle. Overall, this is a fine American IPA. It achieves the brewer's goal of simulating a Pina Colada without being overly sweet.
