On draught at the brewery. It pours a dense, opaque, pastel yellow color with a big, fluffy, bright white head ad very heavy lacing that lasted through the pour. A fragrant nose with lemon, grapefruit, peach, and pineapple. It there is spics taste is fruity and dank with sweet, ripe peach, tangerine, pineapple, and red berry, balanced by tart lemon and grapefruit. At mid-sip there is an earthy spiciness. There is some hot burn at the finish. This ale has a creamy, pillowy mouth feel with moderate carbonation, and you can feel the 10% ABV. Overall, Wayne Firehouse is a big, adventuresome, highly flavorable ale.
