Meet your new daily crusher. Stash is the birth of a rotating lager series where we highlight different hops like we do with our Nosh IPA series. For this series the canvas we will use to paint on will be West Coast Pilsner. This style combines the crispness and drinkability of a German Pilsner with the bold, citrusy, and often tropical hop character of West Coast IPA. For us the hot side hops will remain noble but the dry hop will focus on New World varietals. This particular batch features Citra pellet, Cryo & Hyperboost and Mosaic pellet, Cryo & Hyperboost hops.

Oh wow! Super clean taste and crispy feel.

Excellent combo hop with earthy, grainy, leafy, and deep hop flavors. The light, biscuit malt crackles and really let's the hop shine within. Absolutely impressed by the depth of the hop flavor. Awesome style.
