A rich, creamy Irish red, Galway is as smooth as an Irish meadow. Rich with caramel malts and traditional floor-malted barley, this beer is flavorful but easy drinking enough to have another…and another. Sláinte!

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours dull reddish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells fairly toasty, but not much else going on in the aroma.
This is a fairly generic but well enough done take on the style. There’s malty sweetness, of course, but very little hop character outside of some bog-standard bitterness.
This is light bodied, but pretty creamy, and very drinkable.
I don’t really know what makes this an Irish red cream ale – it tastes like a standard Irish red ale. I enjoyed drinking it.
