A glass of campfire without the mosquitos. This porter is packed with woodsmoke, cedar and a warm pepper finish.

Very smoky beer, on tap at the source. Big smoke on aroma and taste which i can tolerate but most people i dont think will. Soft opening.overcarbonated and served too cold.

Out of a bulb-shaped flight glass. Pitch black with two little racoon eyes staring back at me.
Probably the most refined and well balanced smoked beer I've had. Peaty, apple wood smoke notes on the nose and at the top of the palette. Rich, chocolatey, and possibly even sumptuous Porter flavors round the beer out. Mouthfeel is spot on. The smoke (and it is a very bright, complex, authentic, campfire-type flavor) perches above everything else going in in the beer without getting in the way. Definitely recommend including it in your flight.
