We are very happy to announce that we're partnering with our longtime friends Parkdale Project Read, whose remarkable work providing adult literacy services in the Parkdale community is as necessary as ever. We've built a great partnership with PPR over the past few years and we hope to make Bookmark a yearly release in their support.
Bookmark is a light and bright pilsner base IPA double dry-hopped with Citra, Cryo Citra, Vic Secret and El Dorado. Tropical, with pineapple and a touch of pine flavours, this beer’s moderate body gives way to a pleasant medium dry finish, with very low bitterness.
$1 off each four-pack (355 ml cans) of Bookmark will be donated to Parkdale Project Read.

A pale yellow pour comes out all fizzy and stuff, with a generous head. The nose is a lovely combo of citrus, earth tones and hops. The taste however is muted, tart and generally not very memorable. And the fizz fizzes. The very last note in the aftertaste is nice, kind of like vanilla-come-mango-mixed with tangerine. But overall, it is not a winner.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
