A continuation of a DIPA series, this places one of my favourite hops in the spotlight.
Pours the requisite hazy yellow that actually retains quite a bit of its head. The nose is lovely citrus and honey.
The taste is tart, first and foremost. The hops offer up citrus, herbs and even seasoned meat, but the tartness distracts.
