One of the palest IPAs you'll likely to see. Seems like Jesse has seen something spooky.
The nose has a nice balance of hops, citrus and earth tones. Silky smooth texture. The taste is interesting, almost lactose like, a tiny bit muted, but with a boozy bite in the the end. Too tart.
Drinkable fare, but it has to be quite cold, otherwise the taste goes sideways.
