A classic combination as old as time, lemon and lime come together in this variation on the Wizard of Gose. Brewed with our house strain of lactic bacteria and conditioned on fresh lemon and lime juice, this batch is a tangy and refreshing sour for the last days of summer!

Poured a 473ml can into a pilsner glass. A three finger bubbly white head on a cloudy dirty yellow. The head soon dissipates.
A pretty subdued smell. A strong lemon lime taste up front, somewhat overpowering any malt flavours. Salt is there but masked by citrus. A long, lightly tart finish.
A light body and good carbonation. Overall a light, refreshing Gose, maybe a bit heavy on the citrus.
