Soured by our house strain of lactic bacteria, Wizard of Gose is our take on the traditional sour-salty style. Bursting with refreshing tartness, this Blueberry and Raspberry variation pours a beautiful deep purple.

Poured a 355ml can into a pint glass. A big, fine white head on a cloudy orange-pink. The head soon diminished to a faint ring. No lacing.
Fruit and yeast in the nose. A burst of tart fruit up front. Raspberry dominates. A long tart finish. The blueberry comes through at the end. Very slight salt.
A light body with good carbonation. Overall an interesting fruited Gose. More tart than most but well worth a try.
