12 oz can with a Dec. 2017 canning date on a hot June day in SC.
Pours black-brown with a huge tan head. The head initially fills most of the glass despite a gentle pour and retreats slowly.
Aroma: cinnamon and other spices with dark bread, oak and faint sour off-notes.
Flavor: follows the aroma although with more prominent malts and less obvious spices. Off-notes are more obvious, although some of this may come from the mix of oak and vanilla.

Even though it says 'winter warmer' in big letters on the can, it also says 'imperial stout' in small letters below that. Style should be changed on BA to imperial stout, because imperial stout is not what most folks think of when they see the term 'winter warmer' as a style.
