We named our Amber Ale after Miami’s most recognizable landmark, sometimes referred to as the “Ellis Island of the South” for its historical association with the local Cuban-American population.

Pours a crystal clear copper color with a sudsy khaki colored head that provides significant lacing.
The nose features a nice balance of caramalt and fruity hops, and that’s exactly where the taste lands.
The mouthfeel is medium and very crisp. Very well executed amber ale.

Tasted on tap at The James Joyce Irish Pub in Tampa, FL. Nice color for the style and good clarity, but very little head. Aroma has all the right notes, but is faint. Decent flavor with some malt, light roast and English hops. Carbonation, mouthfeel and bitterness all good for the style. This is a pretty good Irish Ale, but does not stand out from the crowd in any particular way.

Poured a dark, seethru copper body with large, three-finger head that slowly died and left lace patches all down glass. Mild, buttery toffee aroma with some minor roasted notes as well. Smooth, easy to drink, not much hoppiness and beer is a little thin but it’s crisp, light, floral, a little sharp and has minor sweetness.
