Copenhagen 27/9 2024. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F Black can with a drawing of a lady with glasses flooded in purple light.
Pours clear dark amber with a mid-sized off-white head, Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam floating in the center of the glass.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and a bit sugary malty odor mingling with alcohol and sour grain. Sweet malts, nuts and linoleum. Metallic alcohol.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is a tad watery. Sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin and fizzy.
A bit on the fizzy and thin side.

A bit dark for an amber. Dark brown. Evanescent foam.
Full malty smell, intense. Again, a bit dark, malt and caramel.
Same for the taste, sweet and malty.
Right to the style, but, in the end, not too interesting.
