Sweetch is a blanche beer.
It is a traditional Belgian style, in which you can find other cereals in addition to wheat. In our Sweetch we add a little oat, which helps to increase the silkiness and softness of this beer.
Finally, a spicing made with orange peel and coriander makes it very fragrant and inviting.
Blanche beers are not very bitter and extremely refreshing, created to quench thirst but also to accompany delicate dishes, such as fish or a light aperitif.

Copenhagen 15/12 2024. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Black can with a drawing of a cool silver lady with strange cracks in her skin.
Pour unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, almost transparent patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of wheat malts mingling with sweet spice. Citric notes. Sweetish wheat bread, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. Lemon.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong tart bitterness Aftertaste is a tad watery. Sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Witbier with a touch of Christmas Spice.
