Copenhagen 28/9 2024. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé Frb. F. Black and gold can with the name of the brewery written vertically in silver letters.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam cling to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and cavelike odor of sweet spice and malts. Dark malts, lactose, cinnamon and vanilla. Dark chocolate. A little nutty.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, yet tingling and lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweetish and a little thin.
Quite well balanced with nose of sweet spice.
