Kei Os is an IPA, or India Pale Ale.
Its abundant hopping, carried out repeatedly and in all stages of production, gives it an incredible scent of tropical fruit combined with resinous notes typical of hops.
But Kei Os is also what we call our everyday IPA: because we thought of its recipe to make it intense enough to satisfy any enthusiast but so balanced that it never gets boring!

Copenhagen 23/9 2024. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé Frb. F. Black can with a drawing of a Goth girl in blue light.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit. Sweet caramel and a bit of toffee. Citrus and lemon. A little rough.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Decent and bitter.
