Deep amber...touch of garnet in the color. Sizable beige head.
Pumpkin pie spice conmpliments a roasted sugar pumpkin; caramelized squash, however, is featured well.
Smooth feel, medium-full body. Light and finely carbonated...almost creamy.
The caramelized and roasted pumpkin produces a lot of sugar. The affect is a super vegetal sweet potato. So, while it's more yam than pumpkin the malt is still a light biscuit. The pie spice is very well-rounded: allspice, ginger and clove rather than a heavy-handed cinnamon.
