Amazing time spent here. I received an in depth and a behind the scenes tour of this cool smaller microbrewery. I'll be forever thankful. Also, their Java Stout was so close to amazing.

Really enjoyed this place. The brewmaster/owner was very pleasant and willing to talk beer. The building and venue was good. I would be willing to stop back again.

A friendly place. I visited Friday at noon so as I expected the tap room as quiet. There still was a comfortable feel. I look forward to my next visit

This is one of my favorite places in Waco. Beers are great, reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. They have 5 flagship beers but if I had to recommend one to try it would be the 1849 vienna style lager.
