On tap at the brewery.
A: Pours with a surprisingly amount of cloudy/haze. Orange color with a two finger white head that forms. Some lace is left down the glass.
S: Soapy dish detergent like up front and center. Oily lemon zest, peppery coriander. Light grains in there somewhere as well. Not digging this.
T: Like the nose, that oily and soapy character takes over. It has to be from the lemon and coriander. Cereal grains again. Just not liking this.
M/O: A light body that is effervescent. Though, again, slick and oily from the additives. Not something I particularly want to come back to, though I do get a little acclimated to the soapy/oily character after a bit. Not something I really want to acclimate to though.
It might be an interesting attempted at a Blonde Ale, but I find this pretty poorly made. I can't get past the soapy, dish detergent like oily character.
