Rosenstadt Brewery

I visited Rosenstadt's Portland taproom a few weeks back while in town for Zwicklfest. It's in the former spot of Culmination brewing, although Rosenstadt doesn't brew onsite here. It's a big space inside with super tall ceilings and picnic table seating, as well as a bar you can sit at, and TVs showing the Olympics. The service I got up at the bar was prompt and friendly.

There were 12 beers on tap when I was there, with a focus on German-style lagers: Munich dunkel, helles, Kölsch, three Pilsners (including two collabs of theirs), altbier, bock, rauchbier, schwarzbier, Vienna lager, and a German-hop IPA. The beers were mostly pretty good, although a little bit inconsistent. Definitely worth checking out, though, if you are a fan of German styles.
