Had been to Red Cypress once and found their beers hoppy and unimpressive. This is the first stout I had tried and it really fired on all cylinders. A feel good sipping beer that got better and it got slightly warmer and opened. up.
L-Dark with a small amount of foam
S-mlld coffee with hint of bourbon pleasing on the olfactory cavity
T-A hit I thought it compared favorable to Founders Breakfast Stout
F-Smooth with subtle but not overwhelming carbonation
O-Will seek out again.
