12 oz. can. Hazy orange. Smells of tropical fruit and garlic hops. Tastes the same. Tropical fruit and sweet pale malt. Garlic kick in the back. Medium body with soft carbonation. Along with many other beers of this style, it smells and tastes great right up front, but becomes fatiguing in any real quantity.

Pours beautiful in the glass: hazy, bright yellow, and topped with a sizeable head with excellent retention.
The nose is all Galaxy hops, and if you're a fan of those, you'll be rewarded. Peppery, fruity, herbal, and bright.
The hop bill translates less perfectly to the palate. There's a dry astringency that builds and detracts from the smooth juiciness one expects from a self-proclaimed New England IPA. It's not noticeable on the first few sips, but after a while I found this to be a lively, active IPA, somewhat lacking in creaminess.
Overall, this is a very good, tasty brew.

12oz can, fresh batch.
Pours hazy yellow/orange with a small white head that retains a light cap.
Strong aroma featuring a lot of citrus, especially grapefruit along with a good bit of onion and garlic. Some tropical fruit and pine underneath. Really nice.
Flavor is grapefruit, orange, citrus, tropical fruits. A little pine, some onion & garlic (but not as much as on the nose). Mild sweetness that plays nicely with the hops. Good bitterness.
Oily mouthfeel with moderate carbonation.
Fantastic IPA. Very impressed! I had heard great things and I'm glad I finally got around to trying this. This actually reminds me a bit of Heady Topper which is pretty high praise, plus this is readily available in my area. Will buy again!

Man, delicious NE style ipa. Current reviews way too low on this one. Cannabis and garlic flavors come through, with a pungent oily finish.

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation and moderate burnt orange + amber + golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a tow finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/pineapple, citrus/grapefruit, and citrus/tangerine hops over the top of lightly sweet caramel + biscuit malts.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/pineapple, citrus/grapefruit, and citrus/tangerine hops which impart a very light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving a lingering juicy hop flavor.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and really enjoyable hop flavors + aromas without much associated bitterness. Very enjoyable with really great flavors and aromas. Definitely would have this one again.

I got this on tap at Southern Pines Growler.
Look: It pours a cloudy orange yellow with a white head that has moderate head retention.
Smell: It has strong aromas of grapefruit and citrus. There is a bit of orange in the background.
Taste: The flavor is sharply bitter with flavors of orange and grapefruit. This is some slight spice in the flavor.
Feel: It has a moderate feel and the bitterness in the finish is sharp and long lasting.
Overall this is a citrus IPA that features grapefruit and orange citrus flavors.
