Earlene is an immensely hopped IPA brewed for our first anniversary. Just like Earlene herself, this beer doesn't age well, drink fresh.

A: Pours a murky medium golden orange in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + burnt orange + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a couple of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/passionfruit, citrus/grapefruit, and dank resinous hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + caramel malts with a light amounts of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + caramel malts with a light amounts of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/passionfruit, citrus/grapefruit, and dank resinous hops which imparts a minimal amount of bitterness which fades quickly leaving lingering juicy tropical + citrus + dank hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly soft fluffy with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Very enjoyable hop profile with just enough sweetness/juiciness and a pleasantly fluffy mouthfeel. Definitely worth grabbing.
