A: Pours a hazy, murky medium to dark golden peach in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint bright medium yellow + apricot + orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall foamy off-white head that quickly reduces to a small to medium sized patch of very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of pine and citrus/grapefruit pith hops over the top of light aromas of wheat malts with a hint of caramel sweetness as well as light aromas of stone fruit/peaches.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of wheat malts with a hint of caramel sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of stone fruit/peaches. Finally there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of pine and citrus/grapefruit pith hops which impart a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. The cascade hops slightly overpower the sweetness of the peaches but the beer is still well constructed and definitely has a nostalgic flavor/aroma.
