I know wilds can bring the funk. I like funk. But it says to drink fresh and not to age. Maybe the funk is a little past it’s prime.

This beer called itself a wild IPA which I was excited about. However, it was not sour at all. It had a good deal of funk, with an serious bitter, almost rotten taste to it. I added pashion fruit juice, salt and pepper and a jalapeno to cover that over powering raunchiness. I thought the flavor killed me. On all other aspects, if they even matter without the flavor profile being right, were good. Sorry, did not work for me.
