Not awful, but really just a regular beer all fancied up with a nice tall bottle & a small brewery feel. Aroma and taste of sweet mild malt with nothing to speak of in the hop department. If you're looking for an IPA, this is not one. If you want a pale ale with regular beer flavour & nothing offensive, this is ok, but ridiculous at $7 for 650mL.

Aptly named "Unnamed Pale Ale" , this beer is the flagship of Mash Paddle, a new up and coming brewery in Brantford ON. They are starting out small (which is good) and making small batches of wonderful beer. They nailed this one. Not west-coast hoppy, but a nice almost smooth flavour with a subtle hoppy finish. A+
