Poured from 12oz can into a tulip.
Appearance: rich, dark brown with a ruby tone when held up to the light. Body is clear and head is a finger of frothy tan foam; I think it's a very fine looking brown ale.
Smell: biscuity, bready, and nutty with a little bit of vegetal hop character. To be frank, it's not to my taste.
Taste: biscuity, like the aroma, but a little bit cleaner. This is definitely not the malt profile I love in a brown ale, but it seems well-enough crafted.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: though this beer isn't bad, its overall flavor profile just does not appeal to me. If you are a fan of Fat Tire or other biscuity browns and ambers, however, you might really enjoy this beer.

Bummer that Utah is so strict on the breweries. This 4% brown ale is weak and thin. Little to no nose, and bland on the taste. This beer doesn't hold a candle to the likes of Ellie's Brown Ale by Avery.

Camping at zion national park, picked up a 12 pack that had all four of Park City's beers. I have to say that for 4% (Utah and their weird laws), this brown ale was the best of the pack and actually really good. Really balanced malt profile, bready yet hoppy. I could drink this all day, despite the unappetizing name.
