Can from Brewers Haven. Hazy golden with thick creamy head. And that’s the best part. Faint, weak aroma, barely there hoppiness. Taste brings a bit of citrus, but also some metallic notes. Fades fast. Lightweight.

LOOK * pale yellow / gold - quite hazy - tried hard but couldn't get more than a 1/4" head - very low carbonation - barely any lacing but some
SMELL * some flowery and citrus and mango - low aroma - not very powerful
TASTE * some hop bitterness upfront and some charred pine - sweetens up and more bread and malt come in - nice tropical flavors
FEEL * very thin and flat - uninteresting with low carbonation
OVERALL * not a bad beer in the flavor department, but misses the marks quite a bit in the other categories - I would drink again and hopefully more carbo - more aroma - slightly more hop flavor

aroma is appealing with citrus notes, tiny bubbles. a bit creamy, not too foamy, nice hops. It's very drinkable, with good mouth feel, and after taste. Nothing that disappoints. Overall I really like it.

Trying to go exclusively local on a trip through southern Utah. Founds some good ones and some lemons so far. Excited to see how this one treats me.
Has a foamy off-white froth and amber in color.
Light fruits and herb in the aroma.
Tastes of caramel and orange zest with an involving and lingering herbal bitterness.
Light to medium in body with soft edges and a creamy middle.
This one has a few miles on it and struggles up the mountains, but it gets you to your destination, and sometimes that is all that matters.

Pours a clear golden, wheat color with ample head. Lacing lines the inside of the glass as you drink. Carbonation looks aggressive on the pour, but subsides to bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. The aroma is grainy with a high hop note in the finish. The taste follows the nose pretty well with sweet, grainy malts up front which bitters towards the middle and finishes with a lemon and citrus bitterness on the tongue which lingers. The mouthfeel is excellent. Fairly light bodied with a decent chewiness and a fair bit of hop residue on the tongue. Very drinkable. Overall this is a tasty and fairly balanced American IPA that remains drinkable at its mid-range ABV with a solid grainy, malt profile. There is enough complexity here to savor while remaining drinkable enough to have a few. Cheers!
