What’s with the siren going off every night? Locals will tell you it was meant to call miners home from the town’s brothels, but it’s actually a fire alarm test. The brothels are long gone and we haven’t burned down the city since 1898—but you’ll still hear the siren on Main Street.

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight whilst visiting a former teammate and good friend in Park City, Utah. It looked, smelled, and tasted like a typical american lager beer. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

No canning date
Poured at fridge temp into a trumpet glass. Pours an unfiltered straw yellow with a 2F head. 3.75
Grainy malt aroma, and that's pretty much it. Not uninteresting, just simple. 3.75
Floral hops, cereal grains and sweet honey. A great mix that was very enjoyable. 3.75
Moderate filling body, nearly frothy, and biting carbo. 3.75
Overall a really easy and enjoyable lager I'd consider replacing my Hamms with/rotating if it came in 16oz format. 3.75
