Bitter, quenching and refreshing! Made with Bohemian Pilsener malt and imported Czech Saaz hops. This lager is then dry hopped in the aging vessel to achieve enhanced hop character.

Light gold in colour with moderate yet prickly carbonation. Aromas of green grassy and hay like hops, along with a mild grainy note. More Saaz and some green German hop notes upfront in the mouth, along with more grainy malts. Dries out with a nice dry biscuit finsih. Solid bitterness. The hops come through a touch too vegetal, and the malts a touch too grainy, but overall this is a pretty damn good North American take on the Bohemian pilsner style.

Pint glass served on tap at Bushwakker's.

Clear golden appearence with a tight thin white head. Spider web lacing.

Aroma is solidly hops with a distinct floral accent.

True to the aroma, this pilsener is floral hops through and through. The aftertaste is hoppy, but short lived.

A light and fizzy mouthfeel.

I've had better czech pils than this. Too much floral hops for my taste, but that's an ongoing fued with floral hops. This isn't bad, but there are other Czech pils I'd prefer.
