Only available once or twice a year. Made with Maris Otter malts and English Kent Golding hops. A premium ale indeed!

Appearance: light amber/orange, thick creamy head with moderatly good retention. Good clarity wit a slight tinge of haze.
Smell: Moderatly malty, assertive floral hoppyness. Yeasty and Fruity, like apple cider.
Taste:Moderate/mild maltyness, slightly grainy. Agressive grassy hop flavour, slightly overpowering.
Mouthfeel: thinish/medium body low carbonation. VERY DRY, slightly overpowering hop bitterness.
Drinkability: dispite it's minor faults, still a very good brew. totaly quaffable session beer. quite refreshing.
I had this beer last season and althoe very good, it was not quite as good as before.
cheers

650ml bottle poured in a pint glass.
Clear, copper-orange-amber colour. Head is off-white and 1/2 inch at the pour, but reduces to a thin cap with big frothy bubbles. Some lacing down the sides.
Aroma is well balanced. Mostly hops, but with a nice malt background.
The hoppy taste increases from start to finish, leaving a nice mild bitter hop aftertaste. Just a touch of malt sweetness hangs around in the background at the start until the carbonation hits the tongue. There is just enough hop flavour to make it distinct, but not so much that it becomes overly bitter.
Medium bodied and moderately carbonated. The hop finish leaves a crisp bite feeling in the mouth.
This is a great pale ale. Probably one of the best, if not THE best I've had to date. Made with Maris Otter Malt and Kent Golding Hops. There's just something about this that keeps calling me back for more. The low alcohol content makes this a great session beer. Another winner from Bushwakker, I just wish it was one of their year round offerings.
