The beer pours a red color with a thick frothy offwhite head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a sweet caramel scent along with some roasted malt aroma. The taste is average. It has a syrupy caramel taste with a dry, slightly bitter, finish. It tastes like cough medicine. The mouthfeel is decent. It is a low/medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a decent drinking beer. The flavor just needs to be adjusted. It's way too syrupy.
