This IPA gets its light silky texture from rolled oats. The flavor and aroma both express mandarin and citrus all around. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Gold medal winner in the American Style IPA category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016!

On tap. Pours a cloudy orange color with white lacing. Citrus aroma. Light body with moderate carbonation. Lemon and orange peel with a bitter finish. Very good

Poured form a can into a pint glass
Appearance -The beer pours a hazy orange-yellow color with a tall head of puffy off white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading over time and leaving a good sum of streaky and foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of a citrus aroma with lots of sweet tangerine, orange and a bit of lemon paired with a grapefruit hop and a bit of lemon. Along with these smells comes notes of herb and a touch of apricot and peach.
Taste -The taste begins with citrus forward flavor mixed with a good degree of grapefruit hop and a touch of lemon and lime. At the same time there is a oat and bready malt paired with some notes of apricot and peach. As the taste advances, the citrus remains strong, while light notes of a pine and herbal hop join in, leaving one with a crisp and clean citrus taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall – A good citrus heavy IPA. A clean drinker.

It's pretty perfect for me. Still looking for something better.
Crisp, citrusy, and balanced. Easy to find in Seattle where the brewer is located. Our family's "go to".

Quality northwest IPA. Hop delicious, but not beyond the ‘balance’ point.
Color is light tangerine orange…and the citrus notes are also tangerine-like.
Mouthfeel feel is world class.
It’s a bit hazy, but it’s not a full-on hazy New England style brew.
At ~7 ABV it’s a welcome in-between IPA and DIPA.
Regarding ‘balance’ - it’s hoppiness is not throat scraping, which allows its malts to contribute a pleasant hint of sweetness.
A great beer at the ballyard.

Great summer beer. It is listed a 6.9% ABV, however it feels 7.5% at least. Very good 6packer, great for hot sunny day after mowing the lawn. Would definitely buy it again.

Pours a slightly hazed gold with one finger of cream-colored head. Above average head retention & nice lacing, never drops bright
S: Citrus & tropical fruit, pineapple for sure
T: Dryness, pomelo, guava & white grapes & pineapple up front. Orange & pineapple, plus dryness as this beer warms up, a little green melon as well. Finishes a little dry with pomelo, pineapple & white grape
MF: Medium body, fairly creamy carbonation, good balance, body thinned a little once warm
Great drinkability, super solid offering unless you don't like pineapple

Clear, hazy, orange color. One-finger thick, white head. Pine and citrus in the aroma. Hoppy, bitter taste with malty background.A very drinkable IPA.
