Pale Ale created with Pekko and Mosaic hops.
Pekko is a new hop variety developed by the American Dwarf Hop Association. Pekko is named after the Finnish God of Field and Crops. Pekko’s complex and clean characteristics of floral, citrus, and mint lend itself to many different styles of beer.
Brewer Matt E created this beer to showcase the flavors and aromas of Pekko hops.
Malt: 2-Row Malt
Hops: Pekko and Mosaic (Pekko in the kettle and dry hop, pinch of Mosaic in the dry hop)
