We teamed up with Redhook Brewing to brew a new IPA to help kick off their new Capitol Hill brewery location! This IPA has a golden straw color with a hint o' haze. We combined Galaxy, Azacca and Lemondrop hops in the whirlpool and dry hop to give this IPA a bright flavor and aroma profile of citrus, fresh cut melon and strawberries. Contains wheat.
