A clean, light lager on the malty rather than hoppy side: Pilsner and Munich malts provide a bready, cracker-like aroma and flavor which dominate this beer. Bitterness is kept to a minimum, but there is a slightly spicy and piney hop aroma from the Saaz noble hops, supported by additions of Northern Brewer hops in the boil.
