The final of 5 single hop session IPAs. Brewed to be light in ABV, color and malt character and using the hop bursting technique to better express the Sorachi Ace hop, SA5’s flavor has distinct American oak characteristics - oak, dill flower and coconut aromas - with a lemon verbena note. Despite relatively high alpha acids, SA5 lacks aggressive bitterness, allowing the hop flavors to be more pronounced.
