For Normal People Darn Tasty Wheatwine For Beer Lovers Le Blé has been aging for 13 months in chardonnay barrels, being seduced by a bewitching blend of Brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and Belgian saison yeast. Intensely rich and complex, this wheatwine is awash in notes of sour cherries, dried fruit, honey and graham crackers.

For Beer Geeks Malts - 2 Row Pale, White Wheat, Honey, Caramel 30, Victory Hops - Summit, Cascade, Cashmere Yeast - Belgian Saison, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillis
