This is another powerfully hopped and bitter IPA in the West Coast tradition. Pours a clear yellow amber with abundant foam in the Affligem chalice. Aromatic with lemon and cut hay. Flavors of unripe apricot and cucumber. A juicy finish with something like sour orange and sweet grapefruit. Quite bitter aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery tasting room in Riverside.
